Important Note for Families Registering Multiple Children

If you're registering more than one child, please read this carefully to avoid being charged extra volunteer fees.

✅ How to Answer the Question:

"Is this the first/only child you are registering?"

  • For your first child: Select “YES”

  • For your second child (and any additional children): Select “NO”

⚠️ Why This Matters:

  • If you select “YES” for every child, you will be charged the volunteer fee multiple times.

  • Incomplete registrations will result in an invoice for the missing volunteer fee.

  • Volunteer fees must be paid before your child receives their uniform.

Age Eligibility Rules (2025 Season)

  • Flag Level
    Children must be 5 or 6 years old.
    ➤ Players who turn 7 years old before January 1, 2025 are not eligible for Flag.

  • Varsity Level
    Children must be 11 or 12 years old.
    ➤ Players who turn 13 years old before January 1, 2025 are not eligible for Varsity.

  • League Age Cap
    ➤ Any player who turns 14 at any time during 2025 (January 1–December 31) is not eligible to participate in the league.

The East Penn Emmaus Midget Football Association is a vibrant youth initiative dedicated to nurturing athletic and life skills in children ages 5 to 13. As the official feeder program for Emmaus High School, EPEMFA plays a vital role in shaping future athletes through structured training, spirited teamwork, and positive mentorship.

But EPEMFA is more than just football—it's a community-driven platform offering seasonal camps, memorable experiences, and a supportive environment where young athletes can grow. The Hornets Youth Football and Cheer programs focus on helping children unlock their full potential, fostering qualities like confidence, resilience, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Whether on the field or in everyday life, EPEMFA empowers youth to rise as strong, capable individuals prepared to tackle life’s challenges.
